Please give 48 hours notice of any cancellations or to reschedule, or you will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee.
No showing for an appointment with no notice will be subject to 100% charge of service fee before being allowed to rebook.
Tardiness of 30 minutes with no notice will be considered a no show.
If 15 minutes late or more, I cannot guarantee I have the time to complete the service booked for, or the desired results. In this case, I will do my best to accommodate your needs in the time allowed, but you may be asked to reschedule a service for another time.
Please do not come in for an appointment when sick- you will be asked to reschedule. In this case, 24 hour cancellation is appreciated, and I will do my best to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Please make sure you book an appointment specifically for all services that you want ahead of time, to ensure desired results.
